So what should we make of it?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THE PROMISE<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The new features rolled out in the SAP SuccessFactors 1H2024 release aim to boost efficiency, ensure compliance and enhance the overall user experience, incorporating advanced AI technologies to help meet strategic talent and HR management objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AREAS OF INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enhanced User Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI):<\/strong> helps draft job postings, interview questionnaires and refine candidate selection. It speeds up goal creation and aids in compensation analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Joule (virtual assistant):<\/strong> provides accurate answers to employees\u2019 questions, strengthens self-service and guides HR in daily tasks. Currently available in English. All modules are impacted, but most functional cases developed so far concern Employee Central.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Work Tech:<\/strong> direct integration with Microsoft Teams for smoother manager-employee workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>The potential is huge.
