0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.3rem);\"><strong>THE NEED: MODERNIZE DIGITAL LEARNING AND ENGAGE EMPLOYEES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its digital transformation, the City of Brussels wanted to thoroughly rethink its approach to learning and development, turning it into a true driver of performance and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several strategic challenges were identified:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Replace an outdated platform:<\/strong> implement a modern, high-performing LMS aligned with current digital learning standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Improve the user experience:<\/strong> offer an intuitive, user-friendly environment that is accessible to all staff members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empower employees:<\/strong> encourage autonomy in learning pathways and upskilling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Engage managers: <\/strong>strengthen their role in monitoring, supporting, and recommending training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.3rem);\"><strong><strong>OUR RESPONSE: DEPLOYMENT OF CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND LEARN<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To address these challenges, <a href=\"https:\/\/actongroup.com\/en\/act-on-belgium\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/actongroup.com\/act-on-belgium\/\"><strong>ACT-ON BELGIUM<\/strong><\/a> designed and deployed a tailored solution by implementing <strong><strong>Cornerstone OnDemand Learn<\/strong><\/strong>, while providing end-to-end support from configuration to platform structuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Implementation of a customized digital learning portal:<\/strong> full LMS configuration to deliver an optimal user experience tailored to business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Translation of internal processes into efficient workflows:<\/strong> structuring learning paths, automating flows, and optimizing training management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Definition of a clear governance framework:<\/strong> establishing roles, responsibilities, and management rules to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Designing a scalable architecture:<\/strong> putting a robust framework in place to support future learning needs as they evolve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw -
