0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.3rem);\"><strong>THE NEED: MODERNIZING HR PROCESSES ACROSS LEARNING, PERFORMANCE, AND TALENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client aimed to deploy an integrated Cornerstone OnDemand environment across the DACH region while addressing both regional requirements and existing system dependencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project focused on several areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement Learning, Performance, and Talent Management within a modular approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt the configuration to local requirements in Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate Cornerstone with SAP, Microsoft Teams, and existing authentication systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish workflows and tools for employee development, performance tracking, and succession planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure role-based access and processes aligned with local Works Council and privacy requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable HR teams to manage the solution effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.3rem);\"><strong>OUR RESPONSE: A MODULAR CORNERSTONE IMPLEMENTATION ACROSS THREE HR DOMAINS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACT-ON GERMANY supported the client with the implementation and configuration of the Cornerstone suite, combining functional design, technical integration, governance, and user enablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actions taken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modular implementation strategy<\/strong> with localized configuration for Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Learning module:<\/strong> SAP and Microsoft Teams integration, approval workflows, and training templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance module:<\/strong> dedicated workflows for employees and managers, competency models, and development plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Talent module \u2013 Succession:<\/strong> templates, metrics, and dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical foundations:<\/strong> SSO setup, SAP interface, and user and organizational data feed integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Governance and training:<\/strong> role-based access, German-language administrator enablement, and ongoing campaign support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw -
