This project included a study of the existing situation, the creation of customized scenarios, an RFI (Request For Information) process to select the best technology partners, and the construction of the business case. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE NEED...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze global payroll needs: identify the specificities of payroll in each country and the global issues to be resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate existing solutions and market options: research best practices and technological solutions adapted to the company's international and multicultural context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create potential scenarios tailored to the customer's needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting the RFI (Request For Information): drafting and launching an RFI to gather information from suppliers of global payroll solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze RFI responses: evaluate proposals received, analyze proposed solutions, and prepare a shortlist for the next selection process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a \"global payroll\" business case: develop a detailed business case, taking into account the company's strategic objectives, potential savings, efficiency gains, and the impact of solutions on HR and financial operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OUR ANSWER...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance of payroll practices in all countries where the company operates, while respecting local and international legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standardize processes, while taking into account local particularities, to streamline and simplify payroll management worldwide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a solution that makes sense from an IS urbanization point of view and assess the impact on major HRIS projects taking place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential economies of scale, reduce payroll errors and optimize human and financial resources linked to payroll management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select global payroll solution providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER BENEFITS<\/strong>...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad-hoc provision of ACT-ON STRATEGY, DATA &amp; TECHNOLOGY experts, for 360\u00b0 \"HumanTech\" consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diagnosis \"as is\", concerning the situation in each country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Development of customized scenarios, based on an analysis of the existing situation and the company's objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creation of an objective business case, in order to propose an informed and strategic decision to the company's management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprehensive, well-designed RFI, addressing all the important aspects for building the business case, with a precise analysis of the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selection of a shortlist of potential suppliers, based on objective criteria and aligned with the company's strategic needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recommendations for the next stages of the project and advice on the subject (data exchange, interfacing, do's &amp; don'ts, experience sharing, customer relations, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A project in Switzerland?
