{"id":9330,"date":"2025-05-26T14:10:31","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T12:10:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actongroup.com\/projet\/an-energy-leader-strengthens-its-training-thanks-to-data\/"},"modified":"2025-09-09T10:59:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-09T08:59:10","slug":"an-energy-leader-strengthens-its-training-thanks-to-data","status":"publish","type":"projet","link":"https:\/\/actongroup.com\/en\/projet\/an-energy-leader-strengthens-its-training-thanks-to-data\/","title":{"rendered":"An energy leader strengthens its training thanks to data!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A leading energy company called on ACT-ON DATA to strengthen its training reporting system. <br>Objective: to support, improve the reliability and optimize the analysis of its HR data, in a context of increasing demand on the Reporting &amp; Data Analysis department<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE NEED...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With nearly 30 reports produced each year for legal, regulatory, internal and ad hoc purposes, this leading energy company needed to secure and streamline its analysis system, while improving its responsiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several key issues emerged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reactivity and reliability: improve the quality of reporting and reduce the time it takes to meet internal and regulatory expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business support: in the face of increasing internal demands, it became crucial to strengthen the team to ensure better service while freeing up time for strategic analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business support: offer users visual, intuitive tools adapted to their needs via Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making the most of HR data: turning training data into a lever for operational and strategic management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OUR ANSWER...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet these challenges, we have mobilized cutting-edge expertise in HR data and HRIS, using an agile and collaborative approach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/products\/power-bi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Power BI<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegid.com\/global\/solutions\/human-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Talentsoft<\/a> (Cegid HR) expertise: our consultants produced, upgraded and maintained reports using Power BI, directly linked to the automated exports of the organization's training HRIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steering assistance: we supported the department in implementing and documenting reporting systems that met legal requirements, internal steering needs and specific requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-construction with business teams: we facilitated the creation of customized dashboards, while helping users to get to grips with the tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management support: a tool for monitoring training projects has been maintained and enhanced to improve overall management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER BENEFITS<\/strong>...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More reliable, better-structured reporting: key indicators are now more accessible, understandable and usable for the various stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced workload for in-house teams: thanks to our intervention, business teams were able to refocus on analysis and continuous improvement of their systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greater user autonomy: supported and trained in Power BI, end-users can now use \u201coff-the-shelf\u201d dashboards or build new ones to suit their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic vision of training: training management becomes clearer and more agile, supporting ambitions for overall performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a project in mind?
