Meeting Hélios Latchoumanaya, an exceptional para-judo athlete, was undoubtedly one of them. 🥋
🤝 Thanks to Julia Guideau, Senior Talent Manager at ACT-ON HRIS and member of AS Bourg La Reine (where Hélios trains), we had the pleasure of getting to know him and learning about his impressive journey.
🥇 Double Paralympic medallist (bronze in Tokyo 2020, silver in Paris 2024), reigning World and European champion, Hélios has already made history.
But his dream doesn't stop there: his goal is clear - to win gold in Los Angeles. A challenge that requires talent, hard work... and support.
💡 That’s why we’ve decided to stand by him. Hélios embodies perseverance, pushing limits, and inclusion - values that are deeply embedded in our company’s DNA.
