ACT-ON GROUP strengthens its position in Toulouse: welcome Kahina NAIT!

We are delighted to welcome Kahina NAIT to ACT-ON GROUP!

Heading for the sun 🌞, the pink city, the international capital of cassoulet… TOULOUSE! Here she comes!

Kahina will take over the management of our local branch, to further develop our presence in Toulouse and surrounding areas. Under the leadership of Regis Benchetrit, Deputy General Manager.

📃 Background... 📃

Kahina began her career as an Account Manager at Wavestone. She quickly moved up to management positions and became a Key Account Manager, handling major clients such as Enedis and TotalEnergies.

She then joined Ekimetrics, a data science & AI consulting firm, where she built their sales department. At the same time, she became Head of Internal CSR Strategy.

After that, she ventured into the start-up world, becoming Sales Director at a 250-person scale-up specializing in quantitative research via social media. This experience allowed her to explore a new market segment while evolving in a 100% international, English-speaking environment.

Kahina then made a 180-degree turn back into consulting, adding another skill to her repertoire: leading delivery missions!

Direction Onepoint, as a Leader within their "Project Management" Tribe, where she contributed to the execution and management of several notable projects, including :

• Agile support (PO) for EDF’s IT assistance portal (ServiceNow)
• Change management for the implementation of a service chain (SAFe / Scrum) within EDF's DSIT.
• Planning and leading a seminar on the new organization of a TotalEnergies team.
• Program management for the implementation of a ServiceNow platform for IT4IT at Stellantis

🏅 Sports & passion… 🤎

A CrossFit enthusiast, Kahina took her passion to the next level by earning a certification as a fitness coach in 2022!
