Our approach is based on one conviction: before being technical, data is a business asset! That's why we involve the business from the very start of our projects, so that they can derive maximum benefit from it. And unleash the full potential of their data!

 

To achieve this, we rely on three key elements: adapted tools and architecture, an agile approach and experts with dual skills: business and data.

Tools and data architecture adapted to business challenges.

We support our customers in the implementation of an unconstrained data architecture and solutions tailored to their various needs. This architecture is based on the creation of an unconstrained data foundation (Datavault, Datalake, Datamesh) that is agnostic with regard to future uses, and enables data to be organized according to the following characteristics:

  • Business-oriented: data is modeled taking into account underlying business concepts and data sources.
  • Integrated: data is unified within the foundation in terms of repositories and formats.
  • Historical: all data is marked by a time variable.
  • Non-volatile: data is permanent, meaning that when new data is inserted, previous data is not replaced, omitted or deleted.

A proven “Agile Data” methodology.
Our methodology consists of co-constructing analytics applications with the business, in sprints and working on real data. This approach enables us to stay close to business needs, while dealing as we go along with unavoidable special cases linked to specific management rules and actual data quality.

What's more, this encourages users to take ownership of the project, by gradually providing them with the applications during sprints. Business feedback is rapidly taken into account, so that it can be integrated into the development process. This method also has the advantage of effectively preparing for change management and facilitating final validation.
