With nearly 30 reports produced each year for legal, regulatory, internal and ad hoc purposes, this leading energy company needed to secure and streamline its analysis system, while improving its responsiveness.

  • Co-construction with business teams: we facilitated the creation of customized dashboards, while helping users to get to grips with the tools.
  • Project management support: a tool for monitoring training projects has been maintained and enhanced to improve overall management.
