An industrial group with over 14,000 employees, and a presence in more than 20 countries, called on ACT-ON SWITZERLAND to support them in the creation of their business case for the implementation of a global payroll solution. This project included a study of the existing situation, the creation of customized scenarios, an RFI (Request For Information) process to select the best technology partners, and the construction of the business case.
