ANEF (Digital Administration for Foreigners in France) under the Ministry of the Interior aims to digitize all processes related to foreigners in France, from residency to citizenship.

• Modernize the immigration & asylum information system
• Modernize the nationality acquisition system
• Develop a digital administration to plan, track and support foreign nationals’ journeys in France

Technical application audit of the ANEF program

• Manual analysis of front-end code (Angular) and back-end code (Python) across 11 projects

• Providing quality metrics (complexity, maintainability, coupling across projects) & test coverage rates

• Using specialized tools: SonarQue, SonarGraph, PyTest

• Focusing on the VLSTS module & identified issues

• Focusing on the Broker module & its sustainability

• Investigating production issues via Kibana logs & JIRA tickets (data consistency, timeouts, code resilience)

• Reviewing development organization, build cycles, deployment cycles and the dev team’s challenges
