The SIAN (Digital Administration Information System) at the DILA (Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information) is both the platform enabling the development & deployment of many personal or professional procedures via the Online Services platform and Service-Public.fr, as well as the routing platform sending information to processing departments: ministries or local authorities like INSEE or municipalities through the Exchange platform.
