At the heart of the Cerba HealthCare group, Laboratoire CERBA leverages its specialized expertise in medical biology to benefit healthcare professionals and patients. Based in France and abroad, CERBA covers all medical specialties and works in fields like veterinary medicine, clinical trials and biomarker research.

THE NEED…

  • A new tool for managing careers
  • Addressing challenges for all group subsidiaries in France & abroad
  • Creating interfaces between existing payroll solutions and CERBA’s new HRIS, TalentSoft, to avoid double entry


OUR RESPONSE…

Setting up interfaces to synchronize employee data between applications.

  • Breaking the scope into multiple phases tied to CERBA’s subsidiary locations
  • Technical oversight on Phase 1 (France), working with the vendor in charge of interfaces
  • Rolling out the HRIS interfaces in France
  • Extending interface deployment (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, USA and Africa) subsequently assigned to ACT-ON TECHNOLOGY
  • Using a pivot format to standardize the interface
